We provide rehabilitation services for patients recovering from ailments such as, joint replacement surgery, a stroke or a prolonged hospital stay. Putnam Ridge offers a range of health care services including comprehensive long-term care, short-term rehabilitation,
post-hospital / post-acute care, a secure dementia unit and
adult day care. Putnam Ridge is one of the few senior care facilities to have a full-time, in-house Medical Director to
oversee our medical and professional staff.
Our doctors, nurse practitioner and nurses provide individualized care to meet the specific physical and
emotional needs of each resident. Plus, podiatrists, dentists, psychologists, and optometrists make regular visits.

Our bright rooms are a welcoming change from what you might find elsewhere – personalizing the room with special mementos such as a bedspread from home and family pictures on the wall is encouraged to assist in the transition from one level of care to another.
