Putnam Ridge offers a range of health care services including comprehensive long-term care, short-term rehabilitation,
post-hospital / post-acute care, a secure dementia unit and
adult day care. Putnam Ridge is one of the few senior care facilities to have a full-time, in-house Medical Director to
oversee our medical and professional staff.
Our doctors, nurse practitioner and nurses provide individualized care to meet the specific physical and
emotional needs of each resident. Plus, podiatrists, dentists, psychologists, and optometrists make regular visits.

Our range of services is comprehensive and we provide therapies for residents who have suffered a stroke and deconditioning from long hospital stays, as well as
