We design a beautiful, customized card thanking your patients for visiting you, with links to your profiles on the doctor review sites, so they can easily leave a review. We put a disclaimer on is so that it is completely HIPPA compliant. We send you the print-ready card so you can have them printed easily.

A. You get the DefenDoc package for the low price of just $99 a month. Remember the first month is a completely free trial month, cancel anytime, no strings attached.

 

​Q. Does signing up lock me into any sort of contract?

A. Not at all. As soon as you want to cancel, just send us an email and we will cancel your account immediately.  When you cancel your account, the profiles we created on the doctor review sites are deleted. If applicable, your website is taken down as well.

 

Q. Once I sign up, how do we communicate?  

A. We know you can’t be bothered with extra email accounts, logins or passwords. For any and all questions and comments, simply email us at askaway@DefenDoc.com and put your account # in the subject box.

 

Q. Will DefenDoc complicate my life?

A. We know how busy you are.  DefenDoc was designed specifically to run perfectly independent of you and your staff. We do all the work for you.

Q. I have ZocDoc already, why do I also need DefenDoc?

A. DefenDoc is the perfect compliment to ZocDoc.  Zocdoc allows patients to find doctors online and book appointments.  But think about if from the perspective of a patient.  Assuming distance and appointment time are not factors, why does a patient pick one doctor over another on Zocdoc, or any other doctor review site?  Clearly the patient will pick the one with the most professional online reputation.
